We began our three-month engagement with 'cultures' with an introduction on 3rd July and a revealing look at straddling cultures by a New Unity member who is a second generation south Asian immigrant on the 10th. This Sunday, we turn our gaze toward the often unnoticed specifics of local culture.
Whose culture dominates our habits, our norms, and our customs? Who is welcome and comfortable in that environment and who is inadvertently left out?
