This ideas and philosophy group explores a different topic each month. This month's theme will be confirmed nearer the date.
The setting is respectful and open-minded: we enjoy sharing ideas and learning about each other's perspectives. No academic background is necessary; just a willingness to join in the discussion. You can join us on any given month and there's no commitment to attend more than one session.
Please bring some food or drink to share if you can. We start each meeting by eating together, before beginning our discussion.

Interested in New Unity, but not quite sure what to expect? Want to meet other newcomers in a relaxed and intimate setting? Join our Newcomers’ Gathering! This takes place on the first Sunday of every even-numbered month, straight after the Sunday Gathering. No RSVP required; just show up!
This is your opportunity to get to know other newcomers, hear more about New Unity, and ask all the questions you like. Why is New Unity described as a ‘non-religious church’? What does it actually believe in? What work does it do? What’s the best way to get involved? No question is off-limits. The setting is relaxed, informal and welcoming. Whoever you are, you’re welcome here. Hearty snack food provided.

The Sunday Gathering theme this day is 'Knowledge is power'.
Small groups are one of the best ways to build deep and lasting connections with other members of the congregation!

Meditation
A meditation meeting without gurus and gods; doctrines and dogmas. We discuss issues and experiences arising following two twenty minute silent meditation session. We also have themed presentation or a guided meditation usually on the first Tuesday of the month.
